The Esplanade sports and recreation center features a Mediterranean-inspired swimming pool and spa, a state-of-the-art Fitness Club, aerobic facility, an indoor-outdoor casual grille, children's pool and a children's activity center.
The Fitness Club has a complete line of Life Fitness weight equipment, free weights, the Reebok Skywalker, treadmills, and the Body Mill.
In addition to the cardiovascular and weight machines, fitness
enthusiasts can participate in a wide selection of regularly
scheduled classes including yoga, body toning, water aerobics,
hydrotherapy, step aerobics and informative wellness lectures and
fitness seminars. Certified fitness instructors are on staff to
assure that members maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle.
